Kevin Day

Vice President Business Development, CCI

Kevin Day was born in Springfield, Illinois in 1967. His family moved to Beloit, Wisconsin in the early seventies where he attended Our Lady of Assumption elementary school and Beloit Memorial High School. He married his wife of 31 years, built a home, raised three children and is proud to be part of the Stateline community for almost 50 years.

Kevin joined Corporate Contractors Inc. in 2012 and has held positions of Project Executive, Vice President of Construction Services and currently Vice President of Business Development. Having a key leadership role at Corporate Contractors, Inc., Kevin oversees the business development, preconstruction estimating, and architectural design teams to ensure effective operations. He is dedicated to developing lasting relationships and delivering projects with the client’s best interest first.

A University of Wisconsin Construction Management graduate, Kevin began his career working as Field Superintendent. He has over 30 years of experience in general construction, construction management, design build, sales and marketing, facilities management, client service, subcontracting and development.

Prior to joining Corporate Contractors, Inc., he worked for over two decades in Northern Illinois as a leader in the commercial construction industry.

Kevin has strong ties to the industry and is currently serving as Past Chair on the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin (ABC of WI) Board or Directors. He is also a Board of Directors member on the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation (GBEDC).

Past service includes the Stateline Family YMCA Board of Directors and Growth Dimensions Economic Development Board of Directors. Over several years, Kevin has volunteered for a variety of community organizations, events, and coaching youth athletics.
