BELOIT — Beloit Health System has raised $3 million toward the Gold Family Care Center project, which is halfway to the health system’s goal of raising $6.2 million for the project at Beloit Clinic.

The project aims to remodel the Primary Care department at the Beloit Clinic, providing the community with enhanced healthcare services and increased access to care. The Gold Family Care Center is named in honor of Dr. Kenneth Gold, who provided health care to families in Beloit for more than 50 years.

Beloit Health System officials offered thanks to donors who made the fundraising milestone possible, with special thanks going out to the Hendricks Family Foundation and Jim and Nancy Packard, for their significant contribution.

“Thank you to our dedicated committee for their incredible hard work and support in reaching our first milestone of $3 million. Their passion and commitment are paving the way as we aim for our goal of $6.2 million to bring the Gold Family Care Center to life. Together, we are making a meaningful impact,” said John Wong and Erin Wolff, Co-Chairs.

The funds raised will contribute to renovating the current facilities and expanding the team of Primary Care physicians in family health care.

Beloit Health System officials said every contribution, no matter how large or small, brings the project closer to reality.

“We are incredibly grateful to our generous donors, particularly the Hendricks Family Foundation and Jim and Nancy Packard, whose substantial support has propelled us towards our goal for the Gold Family Care Center project,” said Tami Scarpetta, Executive Director, Beloit Health System Foundation, Marketing and Community Relations. “This remarkable achievement reflects the profound spirit of giving that defines our Beloit community. As we strive to raise the remaining $3.2 million, we invite everyone to join us in this vital mission to enhance healthcare access and services for our residents. Together, we can create a brighter, healthier future for Beloit, proving once again that when we come together, we can accomplish extraordinary things.”
