BELOIT — In hopes of enticing more riders and additional partners to share costs, beginning next Monday the City of Beloit is shifting the southern most point where riders can catch the Beloit- Janesville Express.
On Aug. 17, the southern most point of the more than 30-year-old bus route that connects Beloit with Blackhawk Technical College, UW-Whitewater at Rock County and the Rock County Job Center. will shift to the Piggly Wiggly pickup location at 1827 Prairie Ave.
