BELOIT — A Wisconsin company is considering building a “spec warehouse” on 15.5 acres in the Gateway Business Park.
On Wednesday, the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corp. is scheduled to review “the possible sale” of property at 1500, 1550 and 1590 Apex Drive.
The GBEDC thought they had those properties sold earlier this year to Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, a Seattle, Washington company that was looking to build a manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. That deal was paused in April and then officially canceled this summer.
