There also is a need, and an opportunity, for residents to volunteer before the event and during the event. Volunteers will be needed to help stuff backpacks the day before the health fair, and help with other duties.
The health fair is being presented by Community Action Inc. and the School District of Beloit. Many local organizations and businesses also are providing school supplies and services for the event. Those who want to provide materials, services or support for the event can call Community Action at 608-295-1623 or visit the Community Action website at https://community-action.org/.
