Frisbee named director of Beloit Public Works Department

ELOIT - Bill Frisbee has been named Beloit Public Works Director after serving in the role of interim director of public works for the past month.
Frisbee has served as interim public works director since the departure of former public works director Laura Pigatti Williamson in July. Frisbee has worked in the Beloit Public Works Department for over 15 years. He has progressed through the organization from starting as an engineering intern while in college to his current role as Director of Water Resources.
