BELOIT — Little Hayden Bach pointed to a crane, one of the construction vehicles displayed during the Community Construction Zone event on Saturday.
When he was asked what he wanted to do at the event, the huge crane was on the top of his list.
“He loves his construction equipment,” said his grandfather, Rodney Bach.
Children scurried from one vehicle to another and from one activity to another during the Community Construction Zone event, held in a parking lot on the Ironworks campus in downtown Beloit.
Kid could build their own tool box, knock down styrofoam blocks with a plastic hammer, sit in backhoes and dump trucks, and more.
