Company considering Gateway Business Park for 75,000-square-foot manufacturing plant

BELOIT — A couple of months after a deal with a West Coast company looking to build a manufacturing plant in the Gateway Business Park fell through, a new company is eyeing two parcels.
On Wednesday morning, the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corp.’s executive committee will discuss in closed session a potential deal for nearly 10 acres at 1301 Gateway Blvd. and 3155 Colley Road.
“GBEDC has an approved Letter of Intent with a company interested in building a manufacturing facility, and this step involves reviewing the full Purchase and Sale Agreement,” GBEDC President and CEO Drew Pennington said in an email.
