TOWN OF BELOIT — A Dallas-based medical real estate company wants to build a 36-bed rehabilitation hospital on East Inman Parkway.
The Town of Beloit Board of Supervisors meeting agenda for Monday includes a resolution to sell 6.51 acres at 1800 E. Inman Parkway to MedCore Partners for $100,010 so that the company can build its fourth rehabilitation hospital in Wisconsin.
According to the resolution, the hospital will cost about $30 million to build, will employ 92 people when it opens with an average salary of $81,000.
