Next Generation building more homes and warehouse in Town of Beloit

TOWN OF BELOIT — City of Beloit-based Next Generation Construction is vastly increasing its investments in the Town of Beloit.
On Wednesday night’s Town of Beloit Planning Commission meeting, committee members got a look at a preliminary plat for a 126-unit single family subdivision to be called Heritage Grove at the north end of Park Avenue and Philhower Road.
If approved, it would become the 15th active subdivision for Next Generation Construction. Heritage Grove would be its third in the Town of Beloit. It is working on two subdivisions in the City of Beloit, two in Janesville, and one each in South Beloit, Orfordville, and six other communities in southeast or northwoods Wisconsin.
