BELOIT — A mostly sluggish construction season in Beloit, except of course for the continued construction of the $705 million Ho-Chunk Casino project off Willowbrook Road, should begin to heat up by the end of the month.
On Tuesday, the Beloit City Council approved two agreements for the Beloit Riverside Apartments project, which has been two years in the making.
